Problem
A corporate travel management company runs a managed travel program for clinicians: surgeons and advanced-practice providers flying to procedures across markets. Every booking has to sit inside program policy, but travellers were stitching the trip together across generic OTAs and email threads, with no branded place to book within the rules, track a flight, or reach a coordinator.

What landed in the app
Travellers start a trip from a conversational intent form rather than a raw flight search. It captures the program's own visit purposes (Surgeon, Advanced-Practice Provider, Corporate, and Leisure) so every request arrives already classified against program policy instead of being reconciled after the fact.
Plans move. Travellers edit a submitted travel request directly in the app and the change syncs straight back to the coordinator: no new email thread, no re-keying. The in-app edit flow is a program-specific capability on the platform.
Once a trip is booked, the app tracks it live (an iOS Live Activity on the Lock Screen and an ongoing Android notification) so a clinician between cases sees gate, delay, and status changes at a glance. Each flight segment also surfaces nearby airport amenities through an integrated map, useful on tight connections.
Support in the same place as the trip
A built-in chat connects travellers to a coordinator over a real-time connection, with action shortcuts that move a conversation straight into a booking or itinerary. The company also carries its own in-app contact channel, call and email, under its brand.
Branded, on a shared foundation
The app themes itself to the company (colours, logo, name) from configuration, and opens the company's deep links straight to the right screen.
